Wagner Performing Arts Center, Monroe, WA Experience the spectacle of Vaux's Swifts spiraling into the historic Frank Wagner chimney — one of the Pacific Northwest's great wildlife marvels. Kids' activities, vendor booths, food truck, and a 6pm talk by Larry Schwitters on the chimney's history and swift conservation.

REMEMBERING SUSIE SCHAEFER

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Susie Schaefer on Saturday, July 25. Among many of her accomplishments, Susie was the founder of Edmonds’ unique native plant garden, which the City of Edmonds recently renamed the Susie Schaefer Wildlife and Native Plant Community Garden in her honor.
