Meet at 6:00 AM at the Monroe Park & Ride, 17433 Highway 2 (west of the Evergreen Fairgrounds), organize into carpools and proceed to Snoqualmie Pass OR meet the leaders at 7:30 AM at the Snoqualmie Pass summit rest area (I-90, exit 52). Please come prepared to carpool – the number of cars impacts safety and where we are able to stop for birding, and also we want to be environmentally conscious. Birding stops will include Yakima Canyon and Umptanum Road in search of central Washington sage and riparian species. A long day, and often a rewarding one. Dress for the weather and pack a lunch.
